Thats what it seems like age and car model prob have the most to do with it. Ft. Myers Audi couldnt figure out my warranty which when I called the receptionist ad Audi of Naples she said "that is retarded". At least Audi of Naples did it with no questions. Audi of Naples and Fort Myers both advertise there in the elite audi dealership circle with the best service but all I see is a fancy show room.

I just took my Audi in for a new TCM sensor in the tranny. I had a last minute appt, they had a loaner waiting for me. At first I was told it could take up to 2 weeks for the special part from germany. They had the part overnighted and had my car back in 3 days. I get treated well at most dealers, except Mercedes would not talk to me or Porsche.

But their cars are gay anyways....

Yeah thats pretty good time for that. I had that done, its just a module under the seat but they have to drop the tranny for some reason too. I think it took two or three days for me too but I get along real well with the service writer at home. In comparison its a small dealership and the guy remembers me and a lot of the stupid problems my car is plagued with.

Devoe of Naples
Bought my G8 new, was treated quite well by everyone at the dealership, immediate service when I arrived on the lot, even though my G8 was on the end of the lot the guy showed up right away. Got a great deal.
As for service, they welded my exhaust manifold to my exhaust pipes when they did some warranty work, found that out when my new exhaust was installed which made it very difficult. They had my car for a whole extra day and basically forgot about me. The only service writer I liked, got fired. I tried to drop my car off with another service writer and he told me I had to wait for the lady I talked to to be able to drop it off. I called them to try to get a status on my car one day, took 5 calls and no one could help me, was transferred several times each call, they paged people that weren't even there.
Another day, I came in asking about a common problem and the service writer wouldn't acknowledge my concern, the mechanic I talked to told the service writer I was just a kid reading the internet.
They haven't responded to any of my 4 emails.

I bought my car in Illinoise when i still lived there so this might not be relevant to the thread.

I was trading in my 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse. and Had decided to buy a Z. There were 2 I was looking at a Black one at the Saturn Dealership and a Silver one at the Nissan Dealership Luckily these dealerships were accros the street from each other. I was 18 at the time

Both had fair service when I was Looking at the Z. Saturn Dealership was not so Knowledgeable about the car (they told me it had 350whp lol)
They has their z listed at 175000 with 40k
Would not let me drive the car though. which was upsetting to say the least
They also offered me 1500 for my eclipse.

Nissan had an 04 with 37k listed at 18750.
they offered 2500 for the Eclipse.
let me take the car out on my own no questions asked.

After driving the Z fell in love with it and talked them down to 16500 + tax etc.

I had one problem with the service.I got my first oil Change about a month later. The leather on my shift knob was torn up. They naturally blamed me. said I did it. Proceeded to make a scene because if he replaced the shift knob it was going to come out of his pocket. Blah Blah.

Went and talked to the GM of Nissan who is a close family friend.
He said Ill fix this.
I got a new shift knob and never had a problem again until I lowered the car when they told me they could no longer work on the car because of the ride height.

^haha you should've seen the first time I pulled into the Lexus dealer with my old Z...they were so dumbfounded when I said I wanted to trade it in. You could just tell they were looking at it like, uhh, how are we supposed to sell this?

I bought my car from Devoe with absolutely no problems. They even let me take it to my Dad's shop on Bonita Beach Rd so he could look at it on a lift. Sold me the car well under blue book value, and most importantly they treated me like a normal person and not just some kid. They even let me keep it on hold for a week or so until I had time to go and get the payment taken care of.
