Actually I remember watching something from like msnbc back in middle school about china and there was a guy that had a crazy exotic car collection ferraris xj220 rolls etc. so it does exist.

Sure it exists. If your family owns the government (maybe) in one of those places, you pretty much have unlimited resources. Knowing me, I would buy a McLaren SLR, a Mercedes GTR-1, a Gullwing ........ an Enzo ....... dreaming doesn't cost anything (sigh)

i have to say something about price of car in Vietnam. Tax for import 1 car to Vietnam is 230%. ex: BMW 325i at US have price 32K usd, but in Vietnam, i have to spend 65K usd to have it.
My friend bought an Audi A4 1.8 at price 85K usd full opption

A lot of asian and european countries have high taxes similar to that. There was a story I read of a guy who took his a4 and replaced every part interior, brakes, wheels, to oem rs4 and it ended up being cheaper than buying the real thing. They said a real rs4 where he was would have been 230k or something.

yeah, in VIetnam RS4 have been 160K. that is so hight. highest car in Vietnam now is RollRROyce Phantom, bran new 100% and have been 1500000 usd. same with Bugati veyron at US |
