A few updates to the forum

1) The forum no longer gives 1024x768 users a horizontal scrollbar. If you use 1024x768, look down.....no scrollbar

2) I have updated the Smilies portion of posts so that it only contains small smilies so there is no excessive scrolling. All of the other smilies are under the "[More]" link
